Blue Ribbon Results Academy was established to provide holistic, brain-based educational services for preschool aged children (2.5 years old to kindergarten). These services are designed to develop students’ intellectual, emotional, and physical capacity so that all children will perform to their full potential.

To enroll your child with Blue Ribbon Results Academy, please complete the 4 steps below. *Note you will need to create an account via Brightwheel. If you need assistance, please call 757-447-0686.

*3 yrs and older must be potty trained.

Front and Back of your insurance card
Copy of most recent physical examination
Immunization record / notarized documentation for exemption of immunizations
Medical forms for over the counter and prescriptions (as applicable)
*If applicable* Life Threatening Allergy Management Protocol
*If applicable* If a parent is NOT allowed to pick up the child, please upload appropriate paper work such as custody papers. NOTE: Section 22.1-4.3 of the Code of Virginia states that unless a court order has been issued to the contrary, the noncustodial parent of a student enrolled in a public school or day care center must be included, upon the request of such noncustodial parent, as an emergency contact for events occurring during school or day care activities.

Blue Ribbon Results Academy is a state licensed and accredited Christian preschool with 2 locations in Virginia (Norfolk & Dumfries). Additionally, we accept Child Care Aware and VA child care subsidy.

What is the mixed Delivery Grant?

High quality preschool can have a powerful impact on a child's readiness for school and life. Mixed delivery allows for parent choice among high quality options that meet the needs of their child and family. In 2016, with support from the Governor and the Virginia General Assembly, VECF launched the Mixed Delivery Preschool Pilot Program to support public-private preschool delivery. In 2020, building on the success of these Mixed Delivery pilots, the program expanded with a new focus on increasing access and funding for preschool slots in private child care programs.

Does your 2 year old qualify?

Two, three and four-year old children in the cities of Chesapeake, Norfolk, Portsmouth, Suffolk, and Virginia Beach who meet the qualifications for the Virginia Preschool Initiative (VPI) or Head Start are eligible to participate in the Hampton Roads Mixed Delivery Preschool Collaborative. Please complete the following information to see if your child may be eligible to attend one of the high-quality child care centers listed below with free tuition.
